The following information will help you in getting the information you need from our office. Please understand that our office cannot provide legal advice. Also, while we are the “keeper of records”, we cannot commit the time or accept the responsibility of accurately researching records for you (record checks). Any public records filed in this office are available for viewing and research purposes during normal office hours. If you cannot personally come to our office for research, to obtain copies, etc., and do not have someone locally who can assist you, we can provide you with a list of abstractors who have advised us that they are available to provide this assistance for a fee. Please contact us for this information. For security and privacy reasons, our office can give only limited child support information over the phone. Generally, one must come to our office with proper ID to receive such information. Please be aware that we cannot accept personal checks and that any copies you make cost 50 cents per page.
