Welcome to Chester County’s Office of Clerk of Court office.

The Chester County Clerk of Court’s Office is located inside the Chester County Courthouse, in beautiful, historic downtown Chester. Built in 1852, the Chester County Courthouse has served as the seat of county government for 149 years. The Clerk’s Office has expanded over the years, now composing nearly half of the first floor of the Courthouse.
