ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
I FIND that due to the requirements of Act 244 of 2010 and upon recommendation of the Probate Judges Advisory Committee, revisions and updates to the following probate court forms are necessary:

In addition, a Summons form for Probate Court, SCCA 401PC has been developed for statewide use.
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V, § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the updates to fourteen (14) existing forms and the addition of one (1) new form with the revision date of (9/2011) are approved for use in the Probate Courts of South Carolina. The forms are located at http://www.sccourts.org/forms. All previous versions of these forms are obsolete.
