The South Carolina Court of Appeals
The State, Respondent,
v.
Ronnie L. Blackmon, Appellant.Appellate Case No. 2009-139906
ORDER
Ronnie L. Blackmon appealed his conviction and sentence for failure to stop for a blue light. This court affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded. Blackmon filed a Petition for Rehearing, which this court denied. He next requested this court hold the remittitur, which the court granted. Blackmon now moves to withdraw his appeal. The State filed a return stating it has no objection to Blackmon's motion to withdraw the appeal; however, it requests the opinion be withdrawn and vacated. Accordingly, the motion to withdraw the appeal is GRANTED, and the opinion is WITHDRAWN AND VACATED.
