Re: Confidential Reference List of Redacted Identifiers (SCRCP Form 6)
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the Confidential Reference List of Redacted Identifiers Form (SCRCP Form 6) with a date of 04/15/2014, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina.
This form was developed to permit parties to present relevant information that has been redacted from pleadings and documents filed in Circuit Court as required by Rule 41.2, SCRCP. A completed form should not be placed in a publicly accessible portion of a file or case management system.
This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the 'Forms' link.
