27731 - Protestant Episcopal Church v. Episcopal Church

In a divided decision, the trial court's order is reversed as to twenty-nine parishes and affirmed as to the remaining parishes. The trial court's intellectual property ruling is affirmed by a vote of 2-2, with one justice declining to reach the issue.

27732 - Mose v. State

The Court reverses the PCR court's denial of Mose's application for relief. The Court finds the one-year statute of limitations was equitably tolled and, therefore, Mose's application was timely.

27733 - In the Matter of James Michael Farrell

In this opinion, the Court disbarred James Michael Farrell based on his convictions on seven counts of money laundering, two counts of attempted tampering with official proceedings, and one count of attempted witness tampering.

27734 - In the Matter of William Ashley Jordan

This is a disciplinary opinion disbarring a lawyer.

27735 - In the Matter of Robert Clenten Campbell

The Court suspends Robert Clenten Campbell for three years, orders him to pay restitution and the costs of the proceedings, and orders him to complete ethics training.
