Judge Edwin M. Davis has served as Chesterfield County Probate Judge since July 1, 1985. He is a graduate of Zoar High School and a 1962 graduate of Newberry College.

He is married to Elizabeth Holman, formerly of Sumter, SC.

Judge Davis has 2 grandchildren, Parker and Louisa.

He is a member of Presbyterian Church. Judge Davis is also a member of Kiwanis and the Chesterfield Service Club.
