Judge Pamela W. Renwick was born in Winnsboro, SC. She attended public schools in Fairfield County and graduated from Winnsboro High School.

Judge Renwick was elected as Fairfield County Probate Judge for her first term, which began on January 1, 1991. She has been elected to two subsequent terms. She is a member of the South Carolina Association of Probate Judges and the National College of Probate Judges.
