Map and Location
Parking is available around the courthouse with no fee. Some are posted for one hour. Additional parking is available behind the Marlboro County Museum. Citizens on jury duty may park in the one hour spaces if they post the supplied jury notice clearly in the window. Any other citizens parked for more than one hour are subject to a ticket by the City.
The courthouse has five entrances for the public. One is designated for handicap access and parking. We also have an elevator for access to offices and the main courtroom on the second floor.
The following floors have these offices: First floor: Clerk of Court, Family Court, Family Court Courtroom, Register of Deeds, Probate Judge, Auditor, Treasurer, Veteran’s Affairs, Sheriff’s Department. Second floor: Probation Office, Tax Accessor, Solicitor’s Office, Grand Jury Room, Public Defender, Main courtroom for General Sessions and Common Pleas Court, Law Library.
