Re: SCCA Form 430S Short Form Financial Declaration
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that SCCA Form 430S – Short Form Financial Declaration bearing a date of (2/2016), shall be used in accordance with Rule 20, SCRFC and is approved for use in child support enforcement cases and in conjunction with a Petition for Order of Protection, effective immediately.
This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link. This order supersedes the order dated February 28, 2014.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
