ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that SCCA Form 254 - Subpoena in a Civil Case, and SCCA Form 254F - Subpoena in a Family Court Case, are approved for use in the Circuit Courts and Family Courts of South Carolina. The forms supersede all previous versions.
The forms were revised to include Rule 45(d), in its entirety, pursuant to Rule 45(a)(1)(D), SCRCP.
These forms shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
