The National Conference of Bar Examiners has determined that a scoring error occurred on the February 2003 Multistate Bar Examination (MBE).  While this error has resulted in revised MBE scores for 63 applicants in South Carolina, it did not change the pass/fail result for any applicant.  Therefore, the lists of those passing and failing the February 2003 Examination have not changed.  For additional information about the error, please go to www.ncbex.org .
