The filing period for applications to take the February 2017 Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) in South Carolina will open on August 1, 2016. Applicants who are interested in taking the February 2017 UBE are encouraged to read the information posted on the Office of Bar Admissions Website under the tab Admission to Practice Law in South Carolina.

On August 1, 2016, an applicant seeking to take the February 2017 UBE in South Carolina may begin the application process by creating an account.  Once the account is created, the applicant can access Part A of the Application for Admission and other required documents.  Although the link to create an account is currently not available, it will appear on the top right corner of each page within the Office of Bar Admissions Website on August 1, 2016.
