Re: Revised Judgment in a Civil Case Form (SCRCP Form 4C)

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S. C. CONST. Art. V, § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that Form SCRCP Form 4C, Judgment in a Civil Case, bearing a revision date of February 2017, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina and replaces SCRCP Form 4C bearing a revision date of December 2016.  The form has been revised to include a check box noting that a case has been stayed due to bankruptcy. 

This form is available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms.
