Re: Confidential Reference List of Redacted Identifiers (SCRCP Form 6, 05/2014)

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that the Confidential Reference List of Redacted Identifiers (SCRCP Form 6) with a revision date of May 2014 is approved for use in civil cases in the Circuit Courts, Family Courts and Magistrates Courts of South Carolina.  

This form was revised to include Family Court and Magistrate Court in the caption so that parties in these Courts may present relevant information that has been redacted from pleadings and documents filed in Family Court and Magistrates Court as required by Rule 41.2, SCRCP. A completed form should not be placed in a publicly accessible portion of a file or case management system.

This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the 'Forms' link.
