Re: Berkeley County Adult Drug Court Program
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. CONST. Art. V, § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Kristi Lea Harrington, Circuit Court Judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, is hereby appointed to preside over the Berkeley County Adult Drug Court Program. Pursuant to this appointment, Judge Harrington may preside over guilty pleas, bond hearings, probation revocations, motions, and other proceedings related to the defendants participating in the Adult Drug Court Program for Berkeley County. Further, Judge Harrington may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Berkeley County Adult Drug Court Program.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Dale E. Van Slambrook, Master in Equity for Berkeley County, is hereby appointed to preside over the Berkeley County Adult Drug Court Program in the absence of Judge Harrington. Pursuant to this appointment, Judge Van Slambrook may preside over guilty pleas, bond hearings, probation revocations, motions, and other proceedings related to the defendants participating in the Berkeley County Adult Drug Court Program. Judge Van Slambrook may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Berkeley County Adult Drug Court Program.
This Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
