Re: Magistrate Court Form Changes
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. art. V, ยง 4,
SCCA Form 733A, Rule to Vacate, and SCCA Form 733B, Instructions for Eviction Hearings, both bearing a revision date of 07/2018, are approved for use in the Magistrate Courts of South Carolina. The forms have been amended so as to make them more user-friendly and informative to litigants.
These amended forms will be added to the Statewide Case Management System and made available online at the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org/forms.
