Re: Calhoun County Courthouse repairs
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
The Calhoun County Courthouse is in the process of extensive repairs which necessitates adjustments in the schedules for the Circuit Court for the remainder of 2018. Now, therefore, pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. art. V, §4,
IT IS ORDERED that terms of General Sessions and Common Pleas for Calhoun County may be held at any location in Calhoun County at the direction of the Honorable Edgar W. Dickson. If all parties to a civil action file written consents to a change of venue, then that matter may be heard at the Orangeburg County Courthouse. Where the defendant has waived venue, criminal cases may be heard at the Orangeburg County Courthouse.
This order shall remain in effect until the repairs are complete or until December 31, 2018, whichever occurs first.
