Re: SCCA Form 800 Transcript Request
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that SCCA Form 800 Transcript Request Form bearing a date of (8/2018), shall be used in accordance with Rules 207 and 607, SCACR and is approved for use as an additional method to order a transcript, effective immediately.
This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
