Re: Revised Family Court Forms for Use with Palmetto Automated Child Support System

 


ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER



On October 1, 2018, a statewide child support system, the Palmetto Automated Child Support System (PACSS), will be implemented in four (4) counties (Aiken, Fairfield, Sumter and York).  PACSS is expected to be implemented statewide over the following ten (10) months. During the transitional period, family courts will use existing court forms if the county is not yet part of PACSS. Counties that have implemented PACSS shall use revised versions of the forms listed below. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of S. C. Const. art. V, § 4,
         
IT IS ORDERED that the eight (8) revised Family Court Forms listed below, all bearing a revision date of (10/2018), are approved for use only in family courts that have implemented PACSS.   Until such time PACSS is implemented statewide, the existing version of the eight (8) forms remain available for use in non-PACSS counties.

The revised forms will be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department Website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms
