Re: Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program


ORDER


Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,

IT IS ORDERDED that the Order dated September 30, 2013, regarding the Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program is hereby rescinded.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Jason Thomas Wall, Spartanburg County Magistrate, is hereby assigned to preside over the Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program.  Pursuant to this appointment, Judge Wall may preside over guilty pleas, bond hearings, probation revocations, motions, sentencing, and other proceedings related to the defendants participating in the Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program.  Judge Wall may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Adult Drug Court Program.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Honorable Ashley Brown Williams, Greer Municipal Judge, is hereby appointed to preside over the Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program in the absence of Judge Wall.  Pursuant to this appointment, Judge Williams may preside over guilty pleas, bond hearings, probation revocations, motions, sentencing, and other proceedings related to the defendants participating in the Seventh Circuit Adult Drug Court Program.  Judge Williams may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Adult Drug Court Program.

This Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
