RE: Appointment of Chief Magistrate in Fairfield County
ORDER
Pursuant to Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that the Order of the Chief Justice dated June 28, 2019, appointing Chief Magistrates and Associate Chief Magistrates statewide is amended to designate Fairfield County Magistrate Russell N. Feaster, Sr. as the Chief Magistrate in Fairfield County for a six-month term to expire December 31, 2019.
The provisions of this Order are effective immediately and shall remain in effect unless amended or revoked by subsequent Order of the Chief Justice.
