Re: Probate Court Form Changes
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution and upon recommendation of the Probate Court Judges Advisory Committee,
IT IS ORDERED that the revised Application (Informal)/Petition (Formal) for Probate of Will or Appointment (form 300ES) bearing a revision date of 09/2020 is approved for use in the probate courts, effective immediately. The form 300ES is mandated. Mandated forms that are recreated locally must include all language contained in the mandated forms. The form is available on the South Carolina Judicial Branch Website at http://www.sccourts.org/forms located under the Probate Court Forms link. The 2020 revised form supersedes all previous versions of this form.
