Re: Sixth Circuit Veterans Treatment Court Program

ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Johnny R. Steele, Fort Lawn Municipal Court Judge, may preside over the Sixth Circuit Veterans Treatment Court in addition to Judge Russell N. Feaster, Sr., Chief Magistrate Judge for Fairfield County, who is currently presiding over the Program. Pursuant to this assignment, Judge Feaster and Judge Steele may impose sanctions for violations of the conditions of the Veterans Treatment Court Program. Sanctions may include, but are not limited to, public service work, additional treatment, or termination of participation in the Program.  

This Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect unless amended or rescinded by the Chief Justice.
