ORDER

On June 16, 2022, this Court issued an order directing Respondent to personally appear before this Court on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, to present legal argument on the question of whether Respondent should be disbarred from the practice of law in South Carolina based on his admitted professional misconduct. 

On June 21, 2022, Respondent, through counsel, filed with this Court an affidavit in which Respondent waives all rights to a hearing, states he does not contest the Court's "authority and decision" to disbar him from the practice of law, and requests that the Court cancel the hearing currently scheduled for June 22, 2022.

This request is granted, and the June 22, 2022 hearing is hereby canceled.  We rescind our June 16, 2022 order directing the Richland County Sheriff's Department to transport Respondent to and from the Alvin S. Glenn Detention center for the hearing.

A formal decision as to disbarment will follow.
