RE: Chief Judges for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts

ORDER

I FIND THAT it is necessary to amend the Order re: Chief Judges for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts dated June 28, 2023. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4, Article V, of the South Carolina Constitution,

IT IS ORDERED that Judge A.E. Bryant be removed as Associate Chief Judge for Berkeley County effective immediately.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judge W.V. Baggett be designated as Associate Chief Judge for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts for Berkeley County and his authority shall include, but not be limited to, the adminis­trative purposes and acts set forth in my Order dated June 28, 2023, designating Chief Judges statewide.

The authority conferred on the Associate Chief Judge for Administrative Purposes of the Summary Courts for Berkeley County by this Order shall become effective immediately, and shall continue through December 31, 2023, unless changed or revoked by Order of the Chief Justice.
