4650 - The State v. Wiley James
James appeals his conviction for distribution of cocaine base, arguing the trial court failed to instruct the jury on mere presence because evidence was presented that tended to show James was present but did not sell drugs. We affirm.
2-25-2010 - Opinions
Victor M. Sandoval-Hernandez appeals his conviction and sentence for murder, arguing the trial court erred in refusing to charge the jury on the lesser included offense of voluntary manslaughter. We affirm.
