PER CURIAM: Gene Anthony Rickard pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter and was sentenced to twenty-four years imprisonment, suspended on the service of twenty-two years imprisonment and five years probation.† Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), Rickardís counsel attached a petition to be relieved.† Rickard filed a pro se response.
After review of the record pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss Rickardís appeal and grant counselís petition to be relieved.
APPEAL DISMISSED.
