PER CURIAM:  A jury found Reggie Branson guilty of second degree burglary.  Branson was sentenced to five years, suspended upon sixty days incarceration and four years probation.  Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), appellant’s counsel attached a petition to be relieved.

After review of the record pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss this appeal and grant counsel’s petition to be relieved.[1]

APPEAL DISMISSED.
