Teresa A. Knox, of Columbia, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM: Kevin Holz appeals the revocation of his suspended sentence, arguing the trial courtís decision to revoke his suspended sentence was arbitrary and capricious. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss[1] Holzís appeal and grant counselís motion to be relieved.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

HEARN, C.J., PIEPER, J., and CURETON, A.J., concur.
