PER CURIAM:  James Ray pled guilty to assault and battery with intent to kill, assault with intent to kill, possession of a gun during the commission of a violent crime, unlawful carrying of a pistol, and unlawful possession of a pistol.  Ray was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment.  Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), Ray’s counsel attached a petition to be relieved.  Ray filed a pro se response, which we have considered.  After review of the record pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967) and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss this appeal and grant counsel’s petition to be relieved.[1]

APPEAL DISMISSED.
