The Court granted the State's petition for a writ of certiorari to review the court of appeals' opinion in State v. Morales, 433 S.C. 196, 857 S.E.2d 383 (Ct. App. 2021). The Court will decide whether testimony from the victim's sister was admissible at trial pursuant to Rule 404(b) of the South Carolina Rules of Evidence.
