ORDER
On January 28, 2016, the following orders were submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Article V, ยง 4A of the South Carolina Constitution:
(1) An order amending Rule 267(d) of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules and Rule 10(d) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
(2) An order amending Rule 11 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
(3) An order amending Rule 23 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.
(4) An order amending Rules 1, 4, 20, 23, and 24 of the South Carolina Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules.
