Re: SCCA Form 800 Transcript Request
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 4 of the South Carolina Constitution,
IT IS ORDERED that SCCA Form 800 Transcript Request Form bearing a date of (1/2019), is the amended version and shall be used in accordance with Rules 207 and 607, SCACR and is approved for use as an additional method to order a transcript, effective immediately. The form was amended to add fields for the inclusion of the names of the court reporter and opposing counsel. The form no longer includes the option to select whether the requestor is seeking a copy.
This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the 'Forms' link.
