SCCA Form 430S Short Form Financial Declaration  

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that SCCA Form 430S – Short Form Financial Declaration bearing a date of (2/2014), is approved for use in the Family Courts of South Carolina.  This form shall be used in accordance with Rule 20, SCRFC and is for use in child support enforcement cases only.

This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
