Re: Transcript of Judgment Form (SCCA Form 250)

ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

The Transcript of Judgment form, SCCA Form 250, bearing a revision date of 06/2015, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of the State of South Carolina.  The form was developed to assist parties who request help in drafting a transcript of judgment.  The form is not a mandatory form, and attorneys and pro se litigants may draft their own transcripts of judgment.

The form is available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org/forms.
