Request for Business Court Assignment

Please note that effective January 1, 2016, when requesting assignment of a case to Business Court, in addition to filing SCCA BC Form 101 in the appropriate county, counsel must forward a copy of the form to the following email address: businesscourt@sccourts.org.  This amends the current instruction to send a copy of the form by U.S. Mail.  If the action is pending in a county with mandatory E-Filing, counsel must also forward a copy of SCCA BC Form 101 to businesscourt@sccourts.org. Use of this email address is effective January 1, 2016.
