Pursuant to Article V, § 4A of the South Carolina Constitution, the following rule changes were submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly on January 28, 2016.

(1) An order amending Rule 267(d) of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules and Rule 10(d) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.

(2) An order amending Rule 11 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.

(3) An order amending Rule 23 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.

(4) An order adding Rule 21 to the South Carolina Rules of Criminal Procedure.

(5) An order amending Rules 1, 4, 20, 23, and 24 of the South Carolina Court-Annexed Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules.
