RE: Revised/Created Uniform Expungement Forms

ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Constitution Article V, §4,

IT IS ORDERED that the following forms all bearing revision or creation dates of 05/2016, are approved for use in the General Sessions Courts, Magistrate Courts and Municipal Courts statewide.

• Order for Destruction of Arrest Records (General Sessions) (SCCA223A1)
• Circuit Court Expungement Process (SCCA223A1(a))
• Order for Destruction of Arrest Records, Diversion Disposition (General Sessions) (SCCA223B1)
• Order for Destruction of Arrest Records (Magistrate/Municipal Court) (SCCA223C1)
• Summary Court Expungement Process (SCCA223C1(a))
• Expungement Objection Transmittal (Magistrate/Municipal Court) (SCCA223D1)
• Application for Expungement Pursuant to §17-22-950(B) (Magistrate/Municipal Court) (SCCA223E)

These forms shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department's website at www.sccourts.org and included in the Statewide Case Management System. The provisions of this Order are effective immediately and shall remain in effect unless amended or revoked by subsequent Order of the Chief Justice.
