Re: Revised Motion for Case Assignment to the Business Court Program SCCA BC Form 101
ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V ยง 4, the Motion for Case Assignment to the Business Court Program, bearing a revision date of 05/2017, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of the State of South Carolina. BC Form 101 (05/2017) supersedes and replaces BC Form 101 bearing a revision date of 07/2014.
This form has been revised to indicate that the Chief Business Court Judge will assign the case and the "For Business Court Judge Use Only" section has been removed.
This form will be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org/forms/ .
