Pursuant to Article V, § 4A of the South Carolina Constitution, the following rule changes were submitted to the South Carolina General Assembly on February 1, 2022:

1. An order adopting Rule 613 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules.

2. An order adopting Rule 614 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules and amending Rule 11 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.

3. An order amending Rule 4 and adopting new Rule 4.1 of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure.

4. An order amending Rule 43(k) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. 

5. An order amending Rule 14(e) of the South Carolina Rules of Family Court. 

6. An order adopting Rule 28 of the South Carolina Rules of Family Court.
