ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER


Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that Forms SCCA/221(a), SCCA/221(b), SCCA/221(c), SCCA 222(a), and SCCA/222(b), each bearing a date of 11/2007, are approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina. All previous editions of these forms are obsolete.

These forms shall be used in conjunction with forms SCCA 221 and 222 to issue the results of Blair competency hearings. The forms provide a format that is consistent with the South Carolina Code of Laws and procedures determined by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

These forms shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
