ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V � 4,

IT IS ORDERED that the Competency to Stand Trial Order Form bearing the number SCCA Form 487 is approved for use in the Family Courts of the State of South Carolina.� Creation of this form for use in the Family Courts meets the provisions of S.C. Code of Laws Ann. � 44-17-410.�
