ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER


Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V 4,

IT IS ORDERED that Forms SCCA 487A, SCCA 487B, SCCA 487C, SCCA 487D each bearing a date of 1/2008 are approved for use in the Family Courts of South Carolina.

These forms shall be used in conjunction with SCCA Form 487 (10/2007) to issue the results of Blair competency hearings. The forms provide a format that is consistent with the South Carolina Code of Laws and procedures determined by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

These forms shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the Forms link.
