Re: General Sessions Sentence Sheet, SCCA/217
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,
IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA/217, General Sessions Sentence Sheet, bearing a revision date of 03/2009, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina and replaces SCCA 217, bearing a revision date of 07/2008.
The form has been amended to add a line for the SC Bar number to identify the solicitor. A line for the DUI Breath Test $25.00 fee pursuant to §56-1-289, has also been added. This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
