ORDER
By order issued earlier today, this Court directed the serving and filing of returns and answers in the first matter by noon on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. The Court has now received a second petition relating to the same subject.
Because of the urgency of these matters, the returns and answers in both matters shall be served and filed by noon on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. The copies filed with this Court must be actually received by that time. No further briefing will be necessary.
In addition, if any of the parties in either action desire to intervene in the other action, they must serve and file a motion to intervene, a return and answer by noon on Tuesday, May 26, 2009. The copies filed with this Court must be actually received by that time. Once the returns and answers are filed, this Court will determine if these matters will be consolidated for consideration.
