ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. CON ST. Art. V, §4,

IT IS ORDERED that the Order dated June 15, 2001 assigning V. Manning Smith to preside over the Drug Court for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit is hereby rescinded effective immediately. A judge may be appointed to continue the activities of the Drug Court for the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit upon the joint request of the Chief Circuit Judges for Administrative Purposes of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, the Resident Circuit Judges of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, and the Solicitor of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.
