ORDER
By order dated October 21, 2009, the parties in this matter were directed to file briefs addressing a question regarding Governor Mark Sanford’s August 28, 2009 letter to respondent Herbert R. Hayden, Jr. We hereby amend that order to require the Governor to serve and file his brief by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2009, respondents and intervenor to file their briefs by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2009, and the Governor to file any reply brief by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2009. Due to the short time periods established by this order, any filing with this Court or service on opposing counsel shall be by hand delivery.
