Re: Revised Proof of Will Form (SCCA 303PC)

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V § 4,

IT IS ORDERED that Form 303PC, Proof of Will, bearing a revision date of 06/2010, is approved for use in the Probate Courts of South Carolina and replaces SCCA 303PC, bearing a revision date of 07/87.

The form has been revised to update the wording to conform to current statutory requirements in Sections 62-3-405, 62-3-406, 62-2-503 of the SC Code.

This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the ‘Forms’ link.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
