ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Const. Art. V 4,
IT IS ORDERED that Form SCCA/217, General Sessions Sentence Sheet, bearing a revision date of 06/2010, is approved for use in the Circuit Courts of South Carolina and replaces SCCA 217, bearing a revision date of 11/2009.
The form has been revised to add the new $350.00 Conditional Discharge fee and to increase the Drug Court Surcharge fee from $100.00 to $150.00, pursuant to the Omnibus Crime Reduction and Sentencing Reform Act of 2010.
This form shall be available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website at www.sccourts.org under the Forms link.
